In 1984, after 12 years of touring the world with multiple Musical Acts, Michael was engaged in variety of Audio Services for Live Broadcast TV & Hi-Profile Special Events around the world.
Michael is currently servicing a variety of projects through his company All Ears, Inc., which he formed to better serve his clients in 2009. All Ears, Inc. specializes in Technical Management of Live TV Broadcasts, consulting with Manufacturers such as Qualcomm, Harman, Shure for Product Design & Evaluation, Broadcast Mixing of Live Broadcasts such as American Idol, The Voice, Music Mixing for DVD Projects and Audio Producing & Coordination for various Live Broadcast Awards Shows such as the Grammy Awards, Country Music Awards, and many others.
Live special events include the Audio Project Manager & Engineering for the 1984 Olympic Opening & Closing Ceremonies, the 2008 through 2016 Presidential Debates, 1985- 2017 Presidential Inaugural Balls, the 2002 FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremonies in Seoul,
South Korea, and the National Games for the Peoples Republic of China in 2005.
He has provided Project Management and Engineering for several Fortune 500 companies’ Product Launches, Conferences and Large-Scale Special Events.
Managed Project Compliance Assessment of the AV System Integration at AT&T Stadium for the Dallas Cowboys in 2009 and at Dodger Stadium for Guggenheim Partners in 2013. Consulting & Noise Management Solutions at Universal Studios Post-Production Sound operations & Lantana Media Complex, as well providing Case Assessment to specific Audio- related Litigation for Law Firms.
Michael has been the recipient of three Grammy Awards for Sound Mixing in 2017-2019.
He is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Recording Academy & AES (Audio Engineering Society). Currently a member in good standing with IATSE, IBEW, NABET Tradecraft Unions.
