The production team behind the Grammy Awards is one of the smoothest running operations in live event television, regularly winning awards while at the same time introducing cutting-edge technologies. This year of the pandemic proved totally different, with four socially distanced stages set up inside the L.A. Convention Center, and 125 mixes completed on the final day before air. Audio Director Michael Abbott says it was one of the Top 5 challenging productions in his career, and he is proud of what the team accomplished.
